Drowzen
LoL Main Coach

I’m Drowzen and I’m here to support the team in an environment that will promote growth and help them reach new heights. I’ll sound mean because I will be pointing out mistakes constantly, but the goal is with improvement in mind. You can’t figure out where to improve if no one tells you. I’ve coached a few teams before on a casual basis and have seen improvement in almost all of them. I’m an open book with very few words.

One night in 2011 a phone conversation with my friend would change how I played video games forever. He told me about a game he had just started playing called League of Legends and after just a few short hours, I was hooked. I played casually for about two years before the death of a family member would become a catalyst that would spiral my coping mechanism into my career. I started to watch the League of Legends professional scene and started copying the supports I loved watching most and saw my game skill improve significantly over the next few months. Season five would be the first year I would reach Challenger and I wouldn’t let it go until being diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel late in Season 7. It crushed me knowing my professional hopes and dreams, along with my scholarship, had disappeared in an instant with this diagnosis. With school bills closing in on all sides, and playing on scholarship for my Division 1 collegiate team no longer being an option, I turned to coaching. I had all the game knowledge and immediately found myself receiving praise from players who had had coaching before, but hadn’t grown after paying these people who called themselves coaches. This continued for about 2 years until I saw something that caught my eyes in a discord server. A short application process and a couple interviews later, I was given an opportunity to become the head coach for Orion Gaming’s League of Legends division, an adventure I am more than ready to embark on. I believe that this organization has the structure and tools to take these amateur teams to the top of the amateur scene, and I can’t wait to lead my players in the charge to the top.

Midori4
Jungler Sub

Heyo I’m Midori4. You can call me Mido, Midori, Midori4 or Midoriya. I started playing League of Legends at the very end of season 8 but I really got into League of Legends in season 9 when I started to play jungle. The moment I tried playing jungle I fell in love with the role. When I play jungle, it just flows and feels natural. I’m a tank main that plays junglers like Amumu, Nunu, and Rammus. The other video games that I play are Pokemon Go, Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links, Tetris, and other strategy games. Orion Gaming is the first League of Legends team that I played for. I plan to climb in solo queue and fill in for the team whenever I am needed. I stream every Saturday and Sunday from 8-10 PST. It’s a small but very helpful stream for anyone looking to play jungle or just gaining knowledge of league of legends. Please check me out on my Twitch in my Profile!

My name is Gobind and I’m the resident Canadian top lane god. I’m 23 years old. Recently graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelors of Computer Science – Minor in Psychology. I have a full-time job working in IT for the Federal Government of Canada. I’ve been playing LoL since season 4 pre season. I’ve mained Top/Support since the start, I can play some basic Jungle and Mid as well. My strength is tanks and bruisers. My favourite champs are Sion, Pantheon, Gnar. I bring a strong mental and always positive attitude to the team. Other than LoL, I enjoy playing games like Fallout, Civilization, Bioshock, CoD, PUBG. Outside of Video games, I like going to the gym, playing Volleyball, and getting tattoos. My dream is to save up enough and buy a Dodge Challenger Hellcat in 2-3 years.

My name is Jeremy and I’m the European import for the team. I’ve been playing League since season three and I’ve played a mixture of Toplane and Support before finally transitioning to Jungle. My favorite champions are Graves, Ivern and Sejuani. Before the rework Nunu would be in that list, but I’m not feeling the rework at all! Outside of League my hobbies are football (you guys call it ‘soccer’ apparently :p), poker, jiu-jitsu and film. I’m originally from the Netherlands, but I met an American girl in Russia, started dating her and now I’m here in Michigan. I’m gonna try to get into law school here in Ann Arbor next year, but honestly with my GPA that’s kind of a long shot! Either way I absolutely love it here in the States and would love to stay for a longer time.

so my first consoles I got were the Gamecube and playstation 2, My fav games from those consoles were Super Mario Sunshine and legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. When I started into middle school i sold my ps2 and Gamecube and got a Xbox 360 with MW2. I kept going on the trend of buying each COD for YEARS, I slowly stopped playing cod when i found league in late Season 3. I have played in many teams and even dabbled in coaching and I’m now the Support for Orion Esports. My best champs are Thresh and Nautilus. I hope we can start winning some tournaments soon

Midnight
Mid Lane

I started gaming at a young age and my first platforms were the GameCube and the PS2. I enjoyed playing Kingdom Hearts and the Legend of Zelda the most when I was a kid. When I began middle school the main games everyone played were Call of Duty MW2 Call of Duty Black ops so I followed the trend, but I took it a step further. These games lead me to play competitively and strive for success and were my first small taste of competitive games. I then started playing PC games and found League of Legends, I started playing the game around season 4. I’ve played for many teams and now I am the Mid laner for Orion Gaming I hope to improve my play with Orion Gaming and find success with them. My favorite champs are Akali and Katarina and I hope to show my style of play in the competitive scene and start winning some tournaments.

Hello! My name is Walter, I am 21 years old. I’m currently in college studying astrophysics. I’ve been playing games my entire life. The first game I started to take seriously was World of Warcraft back in high school, I’ve played that for a few years before switching to League of Legends. I began playing League near the end of season 5. Ever since then, I fell in love with the game. I started off playing mid lane with twisted fate for a while. From there, I started to play Azir and he was the champion that made me want to climb and play competitively. I ended my first season silver 2 and from there climb all the way to diamond 2.
